Glasswells World of Furniture in Bury St Edmunds surprised customers with their glitzy glamour last Friday, all for Children in Need.

Staff at the store donated money for the privilege of coming to work dressed to kill in their best evening wear and dinner jackets, all for the worthwhile charity. However the money raising started some time also when one member of staff, Tracy Carter, was sponsored for successfully giving up smoking. Plus, the home furnishing store hosted a staff quiz night, each team paid £20 to enter and more money was raised from drink sales and raffle tickets.

In total Glasswells raised an impressive £1,062.60.
